Courses & bookings

Manage pottery courses without a separate booking tool

Courses, dates, waitlists and billing in the same tool as your firing fees. Plus a public booking page where members and guests sign up.

A booking page that looks like your studio

This is the real booking page, not a picture of it. Try the settings: these are exactly the four you will find in your settings later.

Whole courses or single sessions

Eight-week course, glaze night, Thursday drop-in. You decide per course whether people book the whole course or single dates.

  • Create recurring dates in one go, adjust them individually
  • Single booking for taster evenings and drop-ins
  • Capacity per session, not just per course
  • Waitlists per session or per course

Members and guests, one booking

Members book with their account, guests without one. Both land in the same list, with the same seats and the same waitlist.

  • Consent and liability waiver captured with the booking
  • Group booking for several seats
  • Paid status per booking
  • Members-only courses are possible too

Paid online

If you run a shop on Shopify, Wix or WooCommerce, course guests pay there. WheelOwl holds the seat and confirms the booking once the payment is through.

  • The seat is held until the payment arrives
  • The booking confirms itself after payment
  • No shop? Mark bookings as paid by hand

On the day of the course

For each course day you print a day plan with every session and who is coming. On site, everyone checks in with a QR code, including the companions of a group booking.

  • Day plan as an A4 list with a QR code per session
  • Calendar subscription for your phone or computer
  • Each person accepts the waiver when checking in

Courses and firing fees in one statement

Whatever is made in a course needs firing. Those firing fees land in the same monthly statement as everything else.
